Moroccan-Spiced Chicken and Couscous

Pair this spicy chicken dinner with a glass of Beaujolais-Villages.

Ingredients elyze

12 chicken thighs and drumsticks (about 3 1/2 lb.)
Cooking spray
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt elyze
1/2 tsp. Pepper
3 1/2 c. couscous, cooked
1/2 c. roasted peppers, chopped
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1/3 c. golden raisins
2 green onions, finely chopped

Directions

Arrange chicken on large rimmed baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with mixture of cumin, cardamom, cinnamon, salt, and pepper reenex.
Roast in 475 degrees F oven 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked (165 degrees F).
Toss couscous with roasted peppers, almonds, raisins, and green onions. Serve chicken on couscous.
